Graduation cakes in Nairobi
Many families celebrate in Nairobi after ceremonies at the city's universities, or host the party at home in estates along Mombasa Road. We bake in Machakos and deliver to Nairobi, Athi River, Syokimau and Mlolongo, priced by distance. Plan delivery for the evening party, not the morning of the ceremony, when traffic around campuses is heavy and nobody is home to receive the cake.

How big should a graduation cake be?
Allow about 1kg for every 8 to 12 guests. A family dinner of 10 needs 1kg; a home party of 25 needs about 2.5kg, or a 2kg cake plus a box of 12 cupcakes. See our servings guide.
When to book in graduation season
Book at least 7 days ahead for a custom graduation design, and two weeks or more if the ceremony falls on a weekend in late November or December. A 50% M-Pesa deposit secures your date. Orders under 48 hours carry a 10 to 15% rush charge and depend on availability.
Keeping the cake in good shape
- Carry the box flat on the floor of the car or on a level seat, never on a lap or by the sides.
- Keep it out of direct sun; buttercream softens quickly on a hot dashboard.
- If the event is many hours away, refrigerate the cake and take it out about 30 minutes before serving.
- Name one person to receive the cake and check it on arrival.

- Pay the balance before pickup or delivery.
