Branding the cake
An edible image print (KES 500) is the easiest way to put your logo, a team photo or a campaign slogan on a cake. A message topper (KES 200) or acrylic topper (KES 250) works for short lines such as "Thank you, Team 2026". Send your logo as a high-resolution PNG or JPG when you order.

When to book an end-of-year office cake
Office parties in Kenya cluster in the first three weeks of December, alongside weddings and Christmas orders. Book at least 7 days ahead for any custom or branded design, and earlier for December Fridays. Orders under 48 hours carry a 10 to 15% rush charge and depend on availability.
Payment for companies
We confirm orders with a 50% M-Pesa deposit to 0711 536 504, with the balance before delivery. If your finance team needs particular documentation, tell us when you enquire so we can confirm what we can provide before you book.
Delivery to the office
We deliver from Machakos to offices in Machakos town (KES 300 to 500), Konza, Athi River, Syokimau, Mlolongo and Nairobi, priced by distance. For bigger groups or a dessert table, our pastry menu stretches a cake further: classic cupcakes KES 150 each (box of 6 for KES 850, 12 for KES 1,650), signature cupcakes KES 200, classic fudge brownies KES 150, loaded brownies KES 200, stuffed cookies KES 180, cinnamon rolls KES 250, glazed doughnuts KES 100, and dessert cups such as tiramisu, Biscoff cheesecake, tres leches and banana pudding at KES 300 each (box of 4 for KES 1,100). Booking terms in brief
