Nut-free and allergy notes
Many schools, including kindergartens, are careful about nuts and other allergens. Our cakes and pastries contain gluten, eggs and dairy and may contain nuts; we cannot guarantee nut-free or allergen-free products. Choosing plain classic flavours such as vanilla or lemon avoids nut-based toppings, but it does not remove the risk of trace nuts.
Delivery to Syokimau
Syokimau sits on our side of Nairobi, along Mombasa Road and Airport Road, so delivery is shorter than to the city. It is priced by distance and quoted on WhatsApp before you pay. Keeping the cake in good shape
- Carry the box flat on the floor of the car or on a level seat, never on a lap or by the sides.
- Keep it out of direct sun; buttercream softens quickly on a hot dashboard.
- If the event is many hours away, refrigerate the cake and take it out about 30 minutes before serving.
- Name one person to receive the cake and check it on arrival.
